Every lot is photographed with professional, high-resolution equipment by someone who has handled the piece. Multiple angles, intelligent detail shots, and lighting calibrated for the material. The image is part of the catalogue entry, not separate from it.

Condition reports written by specialists.
The condition report is written by the specialist who has examined the work in person. It names what is original and what is not. It names damage and repair. It names what the writer cannot tell.
03.
Response in hours, not days.
A serious inquiry from a serious bidder receives a serious response. Same-day where possible. Custom photography on request, at any angle, with no quota and no friction.
04.
Internet redundancy.
The auction is broadcast through redundant systems. No buyer loses the chance to bid because of a connection failure. The infrastructure is built to the standard of the global houses, even at our smaller scale.

The unconditional guarantee.
Every condition report is backed by an unconditional money-back guarantee. If the work does not arrive as the report describes, the sale is reversed. We stand behind what we say about the work.
